If you're having issues with your recipes not saving or posting, your recipe may be in violation of our content policy. Review the following paragraphs to find out why you may not be able to save or post a recipe.
“My recipe won’t save because of the content policy.”
If your recipe isn’t saving and you’re receiving a content policy error message, then your recipe is in violation of our terms. If you don't believe your recipe is in violation of our content policy or have additional questions, contact support@whisk.com.
“My recipe won’t post to Communities because of the content policy.”
When you post a recipe to a community, we look to verify that the recipe will benefit the community you’re posting to. It may have previously been flagged by a community member or it may not adhere to our content guidelines, specifically “(a) be relevant or related to the food and recipe information included in the Whisk Services.“ If your recipe has been flagged by a community member, we’ll look to make sure there is relevant recipe information (like ingredients) that adhere to our guidelines.
