This document is the Financial Proposal referred to in the Whisk Creator Fund Terms and Conditions (the “Creator Fund Terms”) and explains the basis on which you are able to earn monetary payment from your participation in the Whisk Creator Fund. All of the terms of this Financial Proposal are subject to the Creator Fund Terms. In the event any terms of this Financial Proposal conflict with the Creator Fund Terms, the Creator Fund Terms shall prevail. Whisk may change the Financial Proposal in its sole discretion from time to time and shall notify you of any such changes and the date from which the changes will take effect.
Objective
The objective of the Creator Fund is to help Creators answer the question “Where can I see your recipe?” from followers on social channels and websites. By creating recipes on Whisk and adding links and widgets to social and web channels, Creators help Whisk build an inspired cooking community. In return, Whisk rewards Creators for key actions we can track while allowing partners to link back to websites or social channels to support other sources of revenue.
Payment Terms
Whilst the contract to which this Financial Proposal relates is between you and Whisk (governed by the Creator Fund Terms), where we have been introduced by a third party network that continues to represent you, any and all sums due to you as a result of your participation in the Whisk Creator Fund will be paid to such third party network on your behalf. The third party network will have sole responsibility for the administration and payment of such sums to you (as further described in clause 5 of the Creator Fund Terms). In such instances, references in this Financial Proposal to sums that may become due to you shall be deemed to be references to sums that may become due to you indirectly through payment by us to any such third party network.
The following are the actions (as further described below in the Definitions and Qualifications section) on which Whisk Creator Fund payments are calculated and the maximum monthly payments a Creator can earn with the Whisk Creator Fund:

Failure to deliver actions that deliver earnings above $250 for more than one month may result in your removal from the Whisk Creator Fund.
Definitions and Qualifications
Only Complete Recipes will qualify for payment. A “Complete Recipe” is a recipe that (i) contains each of the following elements:
- original photo for recipe;
- recipe title & description;
- complete list of ingredients;
- full instructions for making the recipe;
and (ii) is saved into a Whisk Community that you create and manage, such a Community to be accessible by all Whisk users (i.e. marked as Privacy = Public in the Community settings).
Please note that the Complete Recipe (including each of the elements) must be owned by you (Creator) and comply with section 5 of the Whisk Standard Terms.
Linking to Whisk from social platforms is also required to qualify for payment. Minimum “Linking” requirements include an always present link on social (Instagram or TikTok) and/or from linktr.ee or any other link aggregation service, or if linking directly from stories/posts, a minimum of 15 links per month.
Calculations
A qualifying “Complete Recipe Viewed” action is a unique view of a Complete Recipe from an authenticated Whisk user on (i) the Whisk Android app, (ii) the Whisk iOS app, or (iii) my.whisk.com. Complete Recipe Viewed actions will be counted only once per month for each authenticated Whisk user.
For illustrative purposes only, below are a few examples of how Complete Recipe Viewed actions will be calculated:
- An authenticated user viewing a recipe multiple times in one month will count as a single Complete Recipe Viewed.
- An authenticated user viewing the same recipe once in March and once in April will count as two Complete Recipe Viewed actions (one Complete Recipe Viewed per month).
A qualifying “‘Made It’ Added to Recipe” action is counted when an authenticated Whisk user views your Complete Recipe on Whisk and clicks the Whisk ‘Made It’ button. Only the unique actions that occurred in a calendar month will be paid for in that corresponding month.
For illustrative purposes only, the below represents the total number of ‘Made Its’ on a Complete Recipe:
- If the recipe is new in April and all 57 ‘Made Its’ occurred in April then payment would be based on 57 ‘Made It’ Added to Recipe actions.
- If the recipe was new in April and payment is being calculated for May, only new ‘Made Its’ in May would be counted for payment, some portion of the total 57 actions.
Example Calculation
Creator A joined Whisk in March. They created 10 Complete Recipes that are publicly accessible on Whisk. Links to Complete Recipes and/or the Creator's Whisk Profile or Community were created and posted, driving users to Whisk.

- Recipes attracted 500 ‘Made Its’: 500 ‘Made It’ Added to Recipe x $0.50 = $250
- Total Monthly Payment:$1,525
Each month, payments will continue to build for content from previous months as well as new recipes added as content is searched for and viewed in the Whisk platform and through search engines.
