This document is the Financial Proposal referred to in the Whisk Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the “ Affiliate Terms”) and explains the basis on which you are able to earn monetary payment from your participation in the Whisk Affiliate Program. All of the terms of this Financial Proposal are subject to the Affiliate Program Terms. In the event any terms of this Financial Proposal conflict with the Affiliate Program Terms, the Affiliate Program Terms shall prevail. Whisk may change the Financial Proposal in its sole discretion from time to time and shall notify you of any such changes and the date from which the changes will take effect.
Objective
The objective of the Affiliate Program is to give Creators an easy solution to get their recipes on Whisk, build an audience, increase engagement and adopt new revenue opportunities. By adding the Whisk Save button to their recipe site, Creators make it easy for their users to save their favorite recipes to their universal recipe box for sharing, planning and shopping, and help Whisk build an inspired cooking community. In return, Whisk rewards Creators for every new Whisk user who signs up for a Whisk account from the Save button on their site.
Payment Terms
The following are the actions (as further described below in the Definitions and Qualifications section) on which Whisk Affiliate Program payments are calculated:

Definitions and Qualifications
Only New Whisk Users will qualify for payment. A “New Whisk User” is valid when:
- A user creates a Whisk account The user’s Whisk account is created within 24 hours of their first visit to Whisk after clicking on the Save Recipe button on the Creator site.
- The user’s Whisk account has actively been used by the user for a minimum period of 7 days from the date the user created a new Whisk account.
- Has not previously signed up for a Whisk account.
Please note that the New Whisk User must have originated from a recipe from your owned and operated site and comply with section 2 of the Whisk Standard Terms.

Creator A joined the Whisk Affiliate Program in March. They added and launched the Save & Shop buttons to their recipe site on March 5th.

- 850K impressions of the Save & Shop buttons were served
- 3.2K clicks on the Save button
- 2,000 recipes saved, broken down by:
- 1,800 recipes saves from new Whisk users (new Whisk user sign ups)
- 200 recipe saves from existing Whisk users
- Total Monthly Payment: $1,800
